You really need flash to get these sharper SB, did you handhold these? 1/2" shutter speed is far to slow. I like the last one with the reflection in the kitchen top. :thumbs:

Alby, I used Av mode with hand-held by the window. I tried the wider aperture but it adjusted the shutter speed too.

SB try this: put the camera in Manual use flash and create a paper bounce card if you haven't made a diffuser yet, set aperture to f11 and shutter to 1/200. Rest the end of the lens on the surface and with the lens in manual focus mode slide the camera towards the flower to get focus than squeeze the shutter button softly and post it on here for all to see. ;)

Just google home made flash bounce card in images tab, loads of ideas for you to try out. You just need to get the flash to the front of the lens.
