Alex is not a very well man and is waiting for two operations but he still manages a couple of walks a day.
He was passing the house this afternoon when I was out with the camera. So here he is. I gave him a print but softened it down a bit.

He looks like he could be a really interesting character with many hours of interesting stories:)
I love the way his eyes are smiling along with the rest of his face - tells me he is a genuine soul. No plastic there!
Absolutely - lovely shot. Maybe try a black and white too, with some added grain? Can sometimes work.
Black and white please :)
Still a nice shot though :)
A man with stories to tell. Love it
:thumbs:Lovely natural shot of a great face.
Agree that it would look even better in black and white.

I like it in colour. It's full of character. Tell it how it is - who ever saw a black and white man?

Good portrait that oozes good humour and character. I'm sure every line has a story but they look more like laughter lines than frowns!
