Again it's showing signs of the D200's high-ISO weaknesses but it came out OK, all things considering.

Your thoughts?

Looks very plastic.

What a beautiful model you have though - experiment more! :)

Alas she's not mine. She was just one that was available at the show. However I have a bunch more pics of her so will experiment with those when I can.

Were you charged for shooting with the models???

No charge. They were essentially at the beck and call of the TOG demonstrating a product. However, when he was talking, the models "worked" the crowd, which was great.

Having just bought and used a Pantone Huey, I can now see that some of your comments are spot on!

She does look a little red around the eyes. I couldn't see it before running the Huey!

Just goes to show the importance of having a correctly calibrated monitor eh?

Calibration is vital. Simple as that. :)

I now realise that. Can't wait to get home and run the Huey over my monitor!

Then I'm gonna have another play with these models (oo err missus) and see what I can do...

or is it that the d300/d3 are so good?

A bit of both I reckon.

Mind you, when you factor in that this shot was at 200mm, f/4, 1/125 and ISO 1600, it's not that bad really, especially on the D200.

The model pictured is actually Jilly Johnson, one of the original Page 3 models from the 80's.Quite an icon in her time.

I may be wrong but I believe it is Jade Cartwright.
