Any chance you could post the method you used to get such a good drawn effect like that please?

In photoshop - can be done also in Elements:
Duplicate layer Control "J" (for Control read Command on PC - I am a Mac user) - Desaturate Control shift "U" - Duplicate again Control "J" - Invert Control "I" now looks like a negative. Under layers mode chose "Colour Dodge" - goes white. Now go to filter "Other Minimum" and about 2 pixel on the slider. I flatten the image and using levels make it blacker and select all and copy. In History I went back to the Blending change and then filter "Gaussian Blur" in the 5-7 range giving a soft looking drawing. I than pasted the first copy over and in layer mode chose either darken or multiply. Flatten and use the eraser at about 50% to tidy image. Works very well on buildings.

Thanks for the info. Will have to try it out soon.

A cousin of mine has two grand daughters and she received an example of what was supposed to be a hand drawn portrait of both of them. To me it looked like it was done using a computer. Anyway they were charging a pretty large amount for the portrait so thought I should try to have a go at producing something similar for her.
