Hello Monkey man, i hope you don't mind me having a fiddle, it's my first time with a portrait.

Personally i like the shot hence that's why i had a little play with it in PS.

I will remove if you don't like it?

not a big fan of the above edit, the skin blemishes that have been removed make her human. For me the only problem with the origional is the eyes don't seem to be the sharpeast focus point.

Crop does not look right (right eyed chopped in half :), and skin needs more work; I would personally kill the make-up person for what she/he did ;) But after some serious post-processing it may be better.

I like the pose and the model but someone applied her makeup with a shovel and the lighting hasn't been as flattering as it could be
her left eye looks wonky too, bizarre
almost looks as if JPEG compression has been unkind to her too
shot in RAW?

well thank you all for the honest thoughts thats what i wanted to hear..
if and when i try to reproduce a shot like this in a controlled enviroment... i will take it all on board and try to put it into practice..
