Well I think this is one of the best bird photos I have taken yet. But I am sure that the more competent bird photographers among you will find some things that I could have done better. Please share your knowledge with me as I am here to read and learn lol. C+C very very welcome xxx

Given the obvious harsh lighting conditions that is a really super shot imhgo ... :thumbs: ... the bird is sharp, it is a well composed image and the background is stunningly suited to the subject ... :clap:


If anything at all it seems just a little subdued in terms of colouration but nothing a little saturation will not sort ... ;) ... and it could probably stand a little more sharpening ... :D


Other than those very minor observations this is a mighty fine image and you should be justly proud ... :thumbs:

The only improvements Id make is to maybe get even closer to reveal more feather detail, but as is .... I like it :thumbs:
