I'm still trying to learn how to take close up, so threw a few things into my DIY softbox between answering support calls, so I know composition is not good, but could I have some feedback on my attempt.
I have been trying to get the lighting right, and stop the shadow from my lens. I think I am getting the hang of manual mode - well I can hope! I took it in manual mode inside my Heath Robinson softbox, with a light from left hand side, exposure and focus manual. I used the milk bottle diffuser in front of the flash. It was taken in RAW mode, and I adjusted the exposure, and sharpened it slightly.
