Canon 50-250mm IS First Shots

Lens got delivered this morning.
Not going to do a review just yet as it would be unfair.
Weather was very very dull, shots were taken around 4 to 4:30pm.
I only had the onboard flash.
With those things in mind i will just let you see the first few..

I particularly like that first one Craig! Nice composition and your processing has really helped to bring out the colours well :)

the second shot - the detail in the feathers is really nice, very sharp. the bird has a bit of a grumpy expression though! hehe
