Two Swans

I took my mum to the Lake District for mothers Day, and we went to Bowness to go on a very windy boat ride :)
Whilst waiting for our boat, I decided to take some pictures of the swans that were tottering about.
Its just surprising how close they'll let you get to them too!!!

well for me the first is a good photo , lots of detail in the birds plumage, and the dark background helps present the bird well.

Thanks I dont normally take pictures of animals, but these were just so lovely, and they were just there.....just not bothered by anyone!
