Now what a shame the bicycle isn't blue... ;) Good shot, I like it, although there is an annoying shadow or something in the bottom left.

Edit - just noticed that the bicycle IS blue... :embarasse but it doesn't show up very well

I think it is a corking shot. Just a big shame about all those empty hanging basket brackets and the satelite dish. As for the blue, although I can tell it's blue it is dark....don't know if this would help but try Hue/Saturation and select blue then adjust the lightness slider. Worth a try.
