Help not commercial

Hi I'm in the process of starting a new stock photography and drawings website :), but I'm starting from absolute scratch:( and could do with some advice. Could anybody have a look at www.DrawAndShoot.co.uk and give me any suggestions on improvements and how to recruit photographers to upload images on a royalty basis.

p.s. I hope this isn't seen as a commercial post - I really need advice here!
