Took this photo a few weekends back in reading. Quite like how it has turned out.

It is nice,a bit plain though. Possible needs a bit more to add interest
I'm afraid I have to agree. There is not enough in the image to hold the eye. Perhaps a wider focal length to capture more of the surroundings? Or, if you have a long telephoto, perhaps a photo of the moon... unusual to take photos of the moon when the surrounding sky is so bright.

I only have a bridge camera though and so my capabilities in terms of lenses are rather limited.
I appreciate the advice though and will try something different next time.

I'd agree with the wider angle, and the frame effect you've put on it makes it looks lightly skewed to my eye. On the positive side I *like* the effect of the moon against a light sky :)
