Booked to cover this tonight. Back to what I do best, a bit of candid, a bit of reportage and sport. Nice. Got to meet a few 'legends' including Jimmy Case, Ronnie Whelan, Mike Marsh. Very nice chaps, time for everyone and certainly no issues with me conducting them not like that horrid little oik Mike Owen who I once wanted to punch!
One thing to note is that time and time again, when you shoot 'celebs' its always nice as they know where the lens is and you dont get those awkward look away moments. Also, despite not being able to stop father time, these fella's has some skill still. At one point, Ronnie Whelan is one on one with a keeper and he dummies him about 5 times but then puts it through his legs. Classic - the crowd were in hysterics!
The D3 came up trumps again tonight. I pushed it to 2500 and it had loads left in the locker. A little bit of flash work as well. Anyway, enjoy. Not too many as bespoke work for a website. A crowd of 300 + crammed in to watch this. Never met so many Liverpool fans with Bristol accents in my life!
