Another what film to use question

I have a digital camera and am very happy with the color I get from that.
I have just acquired a medium format BRONICA ETRS that I plan to use for Black and White. I am looking for recommendations for 120/220 black and white film. I shoot mostly landscape and Architecture .

Landscape & architecture, thats tripod country, so you can use slow film, contrasty fine grain.
I like the Fuji Neopan acros 100, and Ilford plus x 125, most of the slow films are low grain contrasty.
I have a roll of Rollei Pan 25, I'm gonna have a go with, god knows what thats like, slower than a slow thing with the handbrake on:shrug:
