Can you please tell me how to a better quality without a tripod. Also what you think of it. I dont really edit my photos much so any help with that would be appriciated. Thanks

A faster shutter speed, try and aim for 1/1000 sec or faster if possible to 'freeze' the motion.
It may help if you indicated which camera you are using?
The Exif data from the image (below)
Shows the exposure time is way too slow I am afraid
Its should be at least 1/400 hand held at that focal length.
thats where the Shake / blur is coming from.
Up the ISO and apature size to try and at least match the sutter speed to the focal length

definately a higher shutter speed needed.....my only guess is you would need to up the ISO unless your lens is the 400 2.8!
