I am trying to use my kids as target practice for learning to use my camera on manual settings. i use a bridge camera as i am just learning but i hope you can give me some c and c on these. i have picasa for pp and mainly use the basic tools. i would love some advice about creating better skin tones. i dont have any lights so only use available light.

yes he does have a tide mark smudge onhis face. ggrrrrr.:)

That's a cracking picture of your boy mate.... I'd be pleased with that, even on my DSLR.

You don't need a great camera to take great photos.....

Nice shots, I like the 2nd shot but is possibley a tad over sharpend? I'm just being picky, these are nice shots :thumbs:

wow thanks for liking them. my kid goes very photogenic when he gets that thousand yard stare.
