Hi guys well i was after a little help i am not very good with photoshop but i am learning any pointers on what i could do
with this.
I have Photo shop elements 4, lightroom, photomatix and capture one le 3.7

OK here is what I came up with...

I have tried not to loose any of that great sky.

All I did was select the foreground, feather it change the levels so it was showing more highlight and detail then blend them together. Once it look ok I dodged and burnt to finish. I only spent around three min so give it a go with more time!

here is a very quick edit, dodged FG, burned sky, channel mixer to bring out red in the sky, saturation boost then noise reduction.
