Had a brilliant day out today, weather was great, bit windy but can't complain

Bit dis-appointed with my shots today, aperture blades are a bit dodgy on the lens so had to use a higher shutter speed most of the day, and the colours seem a bit off.

Stuart Jones in the MG S2000, won the event on the times, but purposly didn't hand in his time cards as he was only using the event for a test, this resulting in Hugh Hunter winning ... great sports man ship behaviour.

Here are the pics, C+C welcome...

And you can't go to a rally without some MK2 escorts

Top draw images there mate! Love that 6R4. I like all the pictures where all the dirt is being kicked up as well.

Thanks for all the coments :)
6R4 shot is probably my favourite but could have done with the use of the aperture so i could have gone for a slower shutter speed

Hi Ryan,

I have to agree with you. These are good, but not up there with the stunners you posted before. But the way i look at it is if you learn something each time you go out then its worth it - thats what i decided after a complete lack of anything from Margate Beach Races a few weeks ago except how not to shoot Beach Races! :D:D:D

Cheers

I think they work really well with the faster shutter speed.

That Mk2 Escort shot is fantastic.

Cheers, am hoping that i can try a few different angles and perspectives out over the next couple events.

These are smashing shots Ryan. Which stage were these on, was it in the forest? Hugh Hunter - Focus was brill and no 17 Larbey too. Think you did very well.

I was there on stages 1 Walters Arena, but didn't venture any further. :)
