THis was taken ages ago. It was a trial shot as i only got the camera that day. I quite like it, what do you think?

I think the exposure of the scene is absolutely spot on - there's quite a range of tones there and you've avoided either burnt-out whites or blocked-in shadows. I can't quite make up my mind about the subject though. Part of me says it's a fairly dull composition, but part of me finds it drawing me in along the path. I think there could be a really good picture here if you were to experiment with camera positions (high, low, offset to one side or the other) and different lighting.

Exposure spot on, but needs some foreground interest.
