The path leading to the above, should I lighten the rock in this to give it more prominence?

I Like It, I Wouldn't Lighten The Rock Because I Think It Would Blend In With The Houses Behind.

Think the rock in the second one does not stand out so much because the background to it is in shade, not because of the rock being dark.

Both good but prefer the first one.
