Hi there, you have got the exposure spot on for the steps but that has lead the sky on the right to be blown out a bit. It is always tricky when you have both light and dark to contend with. If you have the original RAW file you could make two exposures from the original and then combine both "correct" exposures.

Cropping to the top of the handrail also removes to "worst" bits of the sky.

Poor attempt, but only took 30 seconds and this is working from 1 jpeg. If you have the raw and can bring out the sky detail, even better.
