I was messing about with the camera last night and some dying daff shots.. then had an idea.
Tried this for the first time, what you think?

^^ to all above.
Quite easy really. Take a handful of shots (all from exactly the same spot, so camera on a tripod). Obviously set it to timer. Press button, leg it to sette and sit down. Flash.
Repeat until bored lol.
Then load all up on PC.
Drag each photo all into one picture (so build up the layers).
Pick your starting layer (top layer) this time it was where i sat in the middle.
Then move the picture you want to bring into the shot just below the top layer.
I the worked on the top layer and Erased the area in which i sat in the next shot, which brings you visible. When happy with it, i merged them 2 layers and then started to work on the next.
There maybe an easier way to do this but i had fun. Took a couple of hours of processing.

CT, thanks, will give this a try, thought about using the Mother-In-Law but one of those is quite enough :(
