Good start.
Appreciated. Especially after seeing your wonderful football shots.
Number 1-8 were taken yesterday and were my second attempt at football and the rest were taken a couple of weeks ago. Hopefully some improvement can be seen?
I would like to give it a go with a 300mm lens as I think that would help throw the background out of focus a bit more.
Theres a couple of simple hmm guidelines not rules to shooting football.. Not written in stone but should be followed a bit :)
Pics with no ball or pics with mostly the backs of players are usually no good. There are acceptions but not in this set..
Otherwise excellent start.. Most of mine where blurred when i started :)

I will take that on board for next time, cheers.

Cheers. He had just tripped and fallen over forwards. He managed to tuck his head in at the last second and his back hit the sign.

A good set, although a bit tight in the frame on some of them, and one or two players are cut in half, but crisp/clear with well balanced exposure.
