just trying to put together a few t&c's for commissions and image reproduction/licensing etc., I'd also probably use a mish-mash of something similar for weddings etc that I do but cut/add bits as necessary. does anyone include a section involving damage (accidental, or otherwise!) whilst working for a client at all?
what sort of terms do people use for licensing? trying to figure out prices etc for this sort of thing is mental!!

Well there's a sample wedding contract here which is pretty good. It covers things like your equipment failing and a basic (highly restrictive) image usage clause which may not suit what you want, but here it is anyway as food for thought;

You might also want to see if these contracts are any use to you to plagiarise and adapt for your own nefarious purposes :)

thanks, interesting to use as reference...
Be wary of using contracts from non UK sites as the laws are likely to be different and you might end up with t&cs that will fail under UK law.
