When I resize my images then "save for web", the exif data gets lost somewhere.
I have been trying to work out what I've ticked wrong somewhere but i cant suss it out :shake::shake:
Anyone go any ideas?

don't use the save for web option. use the normal save as if you want to retain exif. The save for web option strips all the extra data, meaning you get a smaller file, at the cost of the exif data :)

ah.... that would throw up the next problem then... Whats the best way to get a small file without too much data loss?

I resize using "Irfanview", very simple to use, must be as I can use it.....:D

Yep... for web stuff I usually use between quality 6&7, depending on the file size at the bottom of the box :D

have given that a go and works a treat.
weird that theres not an option to keep the exif when you save for web though?
