View Full Version : British Super bike...Oulton Park 03/05.

Hello All,

Was chatting to a tog fiend of mine who told me that the Super bikes is an excellent day's shooting(if it's your cup of tea ;-) ) and to go on the Saturday..Practice as a posed to the Sunday, which is Race day.

It only cost a £10 for all day Saturday and you get within meters of the Pro guys shooting,although i believe the areas are separated.

Therefore, just making inquiries as to whether anyone will be going.

Race days on Monday (Bank holiday weekend). I should be goin if my mate gets me a free ticket :)

Just had a quick check on "AA Route Planner". Dont think I fancy the 5and half hour drive lol. :(

Rob, I'd be up for this but have to go back to London during May & no set date as yet but will keep an eye on this thread incase I can make it.

went last year. Was a good day and got some good pics.
Took me an hour and 45 mins to drive down and just over 2 hours to get out of the circuit after the racing was over :eek:
Pit lane walk was good, got my baseball cap signed by various riders.

Taken with D80 and a Sigma 100-300 f/4 i hired for the weekend

bloody wasnt. I got pushed and thrown about by a load of big sweaty bikers.
