i shoot mainly wildlife - birds, mostly, 'cause that's what we have around here... :( - with some scenic landscapes thrown in when i can get away from the city and the crowds. anyway, i thought for my first post here, i'd share a shot i got a couple of weeks ago, of a common yellowthroated warbler at a park near my home. taken with a Canon 40D and 100-400L lens @ 400mm, handheld at 1/160 @ f/8...

Lovely capture, we can`t always get what we want when shooting them in the wild, I think that is a very good image.....
