CS2 and raw

I have had no problems opening raw files in CS2 on two of my computers. This week I got a new laptop, installed CS2 ... but I can't open a Raw file. Any advice?

Does it have the latest ACR updates? Maybe the new install hasn't installed the latests bits. I'm no expert mind, I have cs3 on two computers and updates to ACR solved my problems in the past. (You have probably done that already though)

As suggested could be you need to update your ACR file for CS2. Don't forget you need to install the appropriate RAW converter for CS2. The latest ones only work for CS3, You'll need version 3.7 for CS2
