Good efforts there Marty. The pics are just very pale and wishy washy looking. Don't be afraid to play with the contrast and saturation. I like the first particularly, you've captured a nice scene with good foreground interest to give the shot depth. I had a quick play with it. :)

You should be able to do something similar with the 3rd pic.
The 2nd pic looks like a very brave shot to me! :shock:

Keep an eye on your file sizes mate please - a couple are over our max limit of 160kb, although you can go to 800 pixels on the longest side.

Like the second shot best, kind of face in the crowd type shot, very good to switch it with birds;)
great shots , 2nd one looks a little to close :shock:(you would never catch me that close) 1st one is nice with the wall.

First is best overall and esp with CT's going over !
Last is a little too full of foreground grasses ... could be cropped a bit as well as taking CT's advice !

Bet it was cold - the poor bird's nose went blue. The first image after CT treatment in something special
First thing CT's image was good but it didn't look like that, the sky was that colour and everthing else.
It's a natural picture, and i like it.
It was cold, i'll post a picture of how cold it was.
