What do I need to connect my speedlight to my pocketwizard to set up an off camera flash?

If your flash only has the hotshoe connection you need something like this:

Cheers, that'll do the trick. Know anywhere that has them in stock? :)

I goot mine from flashzebra - still cheaper than here. Also when you get vit unscrew the case and fill it with glue or silicone. It makes it far more robust. Had a stand fall over and it broke the PW hot shoe connector. I repaired it and then filled the centre with glue - it's far more solid. Plus it sets the wires in place

they're out of stock at the link above, but thanks I will take your advice and make it more robust.

might seem a daft question but if I've got my flash mounted onto my tripod using the device in the link is the pocket wizard just left to hang or is there somewhere to attach that too?

I got a virtually identical connector as that but to a male PC port for my cactus triggers. I think the pocket wizards have PC ports but I'm not 100% sure. They were about a tenner each from jessops.
Have PWs got any sort of lanyard thing to hang them from your light stand? I thought I had seen pictures of them like that.

Or velcro, I'm pretty sure that Flash Zebra do some PW holders too...
