View Full Version : Using Flickr
I know a lot of you out there use Flickr, so maybe somebody can help me.
I want to arrange my Flickr site so that the last uploads are NOT on the opening page. Is there any way of doing this ??

Unfortunately not. Your most recent uploads will always be on your main page. You can only organise stuff in sets (and groups if you are a PRO account holder).

I believe the only way is to change the dates of the pictures? Far from ideal. About one of the only things wrong with Flickr
Agreed,
I use flickr and am finding it somewhat restrictive in the organisation area.
Anyone else recommend a site...
ooopps apologies, slight thread hijack!

Changing the "date taken" doesn't have any effect....

I haven't tried that method but it is what was suggested in the help section, a lot of people have asked the same thing there

I can't recommend an alternative, but there's a link in the first post in this thread that could perhaps help:

Don't read the comments on the first page, they were a result of misunderstanding, mostly.
Page 2 is better if you like to read comments.
