View Full Version : More fog
I spent about 3 hours around this location and it was quite something to see the fog/mist/fret come in and go out so many times. Sometimes completely smothering everything in sight and others just lying low across the river only.

The second image was processed slightly differently in that I processed for colour and a high contrast b/w and blended the two together.
Thanks for looking, c&c most welcome.

Wow, those are truley beautiful,
Ken - I'm totally gobsmacked. I can't say I always go for your processing style, but it's very noticeable of late, that you seem to have finally hit on a system which really works.
Those two shots are truly beautiful, and it just goes to show what can be achieved in a relatively short time with commitment and determination. You've come a real long way mate. Well done! :thumb:

Ken, you can really go off people quickly.
A couple of cracking shots yet again, like CT said youve certainly hit on a system. I must admit, i've always been a fan of your shots.
Some lovely colours too.
You should bottle your skills and flog it. If you do, send me a couple.

You see, stick to green ;) Great shots, really beautiful
stunning shots there ken.good work :thumb:
I really like the first shot Ken, a nice tranquil feel to it. Great colours and I like the way the water leads you into the pic. As for the second shot, it just doesn't seem up to your usual standard of work.
Jewel :)
Thanks very much for all the comments and kind words. I'm hoping to go back next weekend for a better look round, so be prepeared..... I had never ventured round this part of the river, although it's only a couple of mile down the road and, because it's set right back from roads and any buildings, it looks as though only people who care about the countryside use it..... Which is a refreshing change!
You see, stick to green
Can we include white in that? :D

I'm still not sure about the second shot myself, just tried something different with the processing, I know what you mean though.
Thanks again.
Ken.
