Not bad but too much space to the right (use a different/RHS focus point for these), and the contrast

Thanks, it was just couple of quick grab shots, did not have time to think about settings and it was almost shooting into the sun and the kids sure do move fast, not ideal but could not waste the opportunity.
I think i need to calibrate my monitor as the contrast looks okay on my desktop, but looked at it on my laptop and your right about the contrast.
Heres another i took, with contrast out again,Both were taken at about 140mm

1st shot would work as a square crop imo, you've caught a great moment there but there's definitely too much space on the right.
2nd shot doesn't really work for me as it is due to cropping his feet but you could go completely the other way & crop in closer to focus attention on the expression :thumbs:

You've done well controlling the exposure in your shots under what look like very difficult, bright conditions, well done :thumbs:
