I was out yesterday at northwich on a motorbiking trip - 2nd stop on a 150 mile round trip
saw this gentleman at the thundersprint (a motorbike event held every year in northwich)
he did look un approachable (to my 2 riding colleagues anyway) when they pointed him out saying he looked a nutter - i said 'nah' and walked to him asking if i could take his photograph
quite politely he said 'yes - if you must' we had a bit of banter and i asked him 'to give me a mean look' at which he just smiled laughingly
I know it needs the background adjusting but the point being
you dont get if you dont ask

he did however decline a paid session to pose for me - ah well some other time
