Anyone know of a free GIF animator, I lost mine in the Big HDD crash of Feb2006 :(

Gif movie gear I have here. I don't know if it was free but i seem to remember that it was certainly free to try.

A quick google search should turn up some results?

You can also download a free trial version of PSP (any version except 'X') and you get Animation Shop free with it.
