#4 This is actually cropped down, but I liked the visor reflection so thought it deserved to be enlarged.

#5 - Shame about the composition but I caught a crash at last. Both riders were ok.

I think I've improved my close up shots over the weekend - bumping up the ISO considerably to keep at around f/9 - which keeps the 300mm pretty sharp and maintain depth of field.

#7 and 9 for me, I love those shots with more than one bike in the frame.

Composition of 8 is pretty good from a composition point of view but it isn't working for me. The bikes are just too small.

All corking stuff there mate!

I like those angles at Surtees - not seen that one before but definitely one for the notebook!

The crowdline shot also works for me.

Good work!

Thanks for the comments and feedback guys.

mewstar - for the close up shots around Surtees I was up around 1/800 to 1/1000 mark. The shots out at Hawthorns were slightly slower, but not by much. They should all have EXIF info retained if you want the full details.

Decided to have a play around with tone mapping and some other PP on a few shots. Not sure if this one is a bit OTT or not ?

Well, its certainly far away from a "true life" finish, but on the other hand as a stylised piece of art, I rather like it.

Personally, I like the PP'd one but this is really a fantastic set all round in my opinion! 4,6,7,9 and 10 are just excellent! :)

#1, #3, & #9 for me, with #9 being my overall fave (for the same reasons as Dod).
Fabulous stuff!
