Thought I would post some pictures of some Fijian Firedancers I met while I was travelling, as usual CC is really welcomed.

Loved this and spent most of my time in Fiji learning this art.

What a ridiculously great post.
The first image is absolutley awesome.
I';m assuming you cropped it to that composition as it's too perfect...

Thanks for that, both shots are uncropped but from a series of shots... The first one was the best of about 5 (think this was shot four, in five the fire was out the frame.)

Same as the second actually, so you could say I got lucky! ;)

Awww... this makes me feel sad! :( I spent a month in Fiji and I miss it so much! I also learnt the fine art of fire Poi when I was away, and now scare my neighbours half to death with it when I'm practicing at home... nothing beats doing it on a Fijian beach though!

That first shot is an absolute stunner...

This is VERY freaky!! Just had an email by the guy in the first picture, telling me he has left 'Robinson Crusoe Island' (where he worked doing this) and is now living in Norway to be married - I've just been invited to his wedding to do Fire-Stick with him!!!!!!

Very Random but also VERY scary...
