Lumiquest or Stofen?

Should I get a Stofen for my 580EX II flash or maybe try one of these Lumiquest ones (http://stores.ebay.co.uk/JACK-THE-HAT-Photographic_Photographic_Flash-Diffusers_Lumiquest-Flash-Diffusers_W0QQcolZ4QQdirZ1QQfsubZ7375723QQftidZ2QQ tZkm)

Mainly for weddings and portraits... if Lumiquest, which would you advise?

Yup - me, I am afraid...
Go for the lumiquest softbox - the one on the top row, RHS (£22.49)
I have one, and it makes a much better light than the stofen I find. It is a little big, but weighs nothing. If I can, I'll dig out a few pictures taken with it later..
