These are a few shots of a sculpture of a horse made from scrap materials that stand at the side of a pathway to cheer passersby.
The path is surrounded by a lot of greenery. I think it's the LA's attempt to make a run down area a bit more pleasant for it's inhabitants. But there are always the few who have to spoil things as the last couple of shots show.

Nice sculpture.

I think the first 2 are a bit blown with the highlights, but the the rest are all fine.

Rusty metal looks really good under the warm glow of a summers sunset. The lights warm and the low angle draws out the detail nicely.

The right time of day/quality of light is sooooo important when you take photos.

Great shots. Really like that way the horse is teatherd, as if it could get away

The first fella's a happy looking chap, but the second horse look well P'ed off by the graffiti arsewits antics.
I like them though!
