Lovely  The last shot especially, like how you've processed it. A wallhanger. :)

thanks susanne. i liked the last one aswell although i didnt intend for it to be be so overexposed. I havent done much to it except crop and sharpen. i hoped that the (accidental) over exposure would bring out the sunny-ness of the scene. :)

I like the composition, but I think they would be better if taken at another time of day when the light is a bit more interesting.

Yup No 3 for me, just a touch overexposed - easy sorted though.....

I was thinking that they needed more punch.. then bikemansteve shows just how it needed to be.

Well I like the overexposed, washed out colours!

They look a little overbright on my monitor (which is a bit pants anyway) but these have great compostions imho. Agree with susane about the last one thats really nice!

thanks bikemansteve i like what you did there. i will have a play around. i agree with what you said too cedarapple, it is my intention to do some more early morning and possible late afternoon shoots up there too but i thought for my first go i should try in bright light to get the most of the colours in the flowers but i think it has made the overall depth a bit bland. thanks all.:)

I like the shots, but personally I find them a shade light on contrast.
#3 is my favorite, but I prefer Bikemansteve's version. The original appears to have a yellow tinge. Nice shot, though
