I really like that and great colours :)
Nice tones, great mood and atmosphere, and great detail in the structure
Some honest CC regarding your composition:
The closest tree in the centre of the scene seems to overwhelm the frame for me, and my eye is consistently led upwards to the top left (bypassing the structure) and towards the black cloud which looks a little un-natural (even for scotland!)

Thanks, and yes I have PP'd the hell out of it - I was going for atmosphere so I'm fine with the overly black cloud. I agree that the tree obscures the monument - it was never completed (the monument I mean) due to lack of funds - they called it "Scotland's Disgrace" so I wanted to make it look overgrown and forgotten - hence the trees being more of the focus. But good points all the same.
