I wouldn't bother.
Save a few quid and buy the Extreme III or IV. You can get a 4gb Ex III for about £20-25 now.

Oh yeah, motorsport is my main line, and I always shoot in RAW.

What card are you using at the moment? Are you finding it too slow?

what body are you using ( how big is your raw file ).

I use the 2gb Extreme III's in my D200 £16.95 each at play.com and i dont think the price hike for the ducati edition is worth it at all.

I just sold my D80, which uses SD cards. I only had standard Kingston cards that I found a bit slow. Each RAW file was 10mb. D300 next, hence the need for CF cards.

on the D200, the raw files are 9mb Compreesed or 16mb Uncompressed, which is quite large, the D300 will be even larger as its 14bit and 12mp.

Do take into account ***, the buffer on these bodys is quite big, i can shoot 25 uncompressed raw files at 16mb each into the D200 buffer.

Thye have been around for a while and are the fastest card they make. BUT only the D3 and D300 make use of the speed, and even then unless your shooting very fast scenes and require the buffer clearing asap I wouldn't bother. Get an extreme 4 instead and wait for prices to come down :)
