Canon Powershot A590 IS

Hi all,

I have just purchased a powershot A590 IS for 'keeping handy'. I must say that I am quite impressed with it. Full manual control, 4x zoom all for just over £100!

Anyway the zoom range is 5.8-23.2mm, does anyone know what the 35mm equivalent is?

Also does anyone have any experience with the wide angle lens attachments for the powershot range?

I bought the A570IS for a pocket camera before Xmas - under £100 with the cashback deal ! - great camera, but i find it very noisy in poor light conditions, more so when used in manual modes! - must try harder lol!!
