Had a fire going and my family was gathered around so I thought I'd take a shot of it, it was all manual with no post editing so all C&C is welcome :)

i love the way you have captured the fire but the people just dont do it for me, its a little dark, and the guy with the blurry head is distracting me from the beautiful fire, perhaps a simple crop?
other than that i think it looks like nice moment well captured.

GREAT STUFF.Why not try metering of the fire,putting yourself so that your friends are against the sky and creating a great sillouhette.THEN AGAIN THAT COULD BE A BIT MUCH IF EVERYONE IS GETTING DRUNK?
