Inspired by Dod efforts, I have been trying to capture swallows in flight,these are about the best I have managed so far, I have probably only got a 2% success rate.....:bonk:
They are fascinating to watch especially when the atmospheric pressure pushes the insect down and they are swooping low too feed.Amazing arial acrobatics and they make a really weird "squeaking" noise when your near enough to them.
Anyway enough prattle, my best efforts;

Yep they were doing a high speed "Stuka" dive

I think, though i`m probably wrong, that they pass food between themselves in flight,getting that moment is amazingly difficult.

This one flew nice and straight for me.....:)
