Coped? By meeting with the client first and turning the job down

Turning down the job?? Because of someones sense of dress? Surely thats as prejudice as turning a job down on grounds of race, religion or sexual orientation?

Even if they were the scummiest finalists in a scumbag competition surley if they pay your fee you do your job. Would you turn down a royal wedding if you were anti-monachy?

I'm not saying i like what i see but if i were a pro-tog a booking is a booking is a booking....

retreats and takes cover....

^^^I agree, a booking is a booking.

Just grin and bear it then :D

I can imagine it being difficult, you couldn't have any of the female guests sitting down for instance as they probably wouldn't have been wearing anything underneath

I disagree...

you should only take any job if you feel you can do it well, otherwise you won't get the best results, and possibly end up with a bad rep...

far better to say no from the off IMO :)

Lots of reasons to turn down a booking. Certain venues, the style of the wedding, bad vibe with the client, etc. I'd rather turn away a booking than do the job and not feel happy with the results.

A booking is a booking, who am I to judge. If it was to be dangerous then that would be different but i'm there to record, not to judge. As gross as it can be sometimes :D

Problem? These people just want their wedding covered, is that a crime? To serve not to question.

I would say there was alot more to be had from that wedding than has been recorded, I bet with a good sense of humour and taking the wedding seriously it would have been alot of fun !

what are those suits, could you buy suits that look that bad? and man some of those girls have some inappropriate clothes for a wedding...

... not a wedding tog but I'm honest enough to know i'd judge them and wouldn't perform 100% and therefore I'd turn it down.
