well, did my 1st wedding just last week, first one since quite a long while ago. have edited about the first half of the them, still another 50% i'd say to go. i wasn't that happy with myself from the results, as i know i can do loads better, but there are a handful in there which i'm quite proud of that i think are special.....
they're in order from when they were taken, so it's kinda like telling a story in images.
click here (http://alexandrasareh.myjalbum.net/Kirsti_Dominic_05-08/index.html) to see first half of the album
(few of them have various toned edits as you'll see i.e. b&w, etc.)
C&Cs welcome
not a bad set at all
I liked the transitions at first but got bored with so many - less is more
a couple of the bride (just before the confetti fell) looks like she shrunk down inside the frock
but hey - the rest - top notch!
well done you - pleased? (relieved?)
what do b/g think?
You've got some nice shots there. My fave is the bridesmaid with young lad - brilliant.
I must admit, the responsibilty of shooting a Wedding is not something I would enjoy. More power to your elbow !
Well done, you deserve several of these

thanx all for the nice replies, makes me feel a bit relieved :D, yea i realize so many can seem 'boring' and repetitive, but i thought since her wedding package included one of each kept shot that i'd just not be way to selective, and she can do that :D. thats just the first half, so b&g are yet to see...they've jetted off on their honeymoon :)
Some really nice shots their!:clap::clap::thumbs:
how did you find it running around the church to get the right shots?
...b&g are yet to see...they've jetted off on their honeymoon
Should't you let them see the pictures first though??

thanks!! :D hehehe yea I SUPPOSE they should see them 1st, but I thought no harm in showing some geeky togs as it's 'business' related :bonk:. running around the grounds was not too hard, although i will admit next time i shall be always '1step ahead' so to speak!
I dont think Id have the black and white versions right next to the colour ones... they seem to change oddly if you see what i mean.
id have black and white dotted about but not directly next the equivalent colour one.
Might be just me!!

You are a really good wedding photographer  ( I hope i am as good as you when i start doing them ;))
Some of the stuff on there made me say "Woah" and that ant often  (:runaway:)
Some really sweet shots there, hope the b& g are pleased.
I dont know what it is about little boys in suits ... perhaps its because they grow into big boys in suits :naughty:
That little boy is just gorgeous and so are the shots of him

oh my goodness, thanks all for latest feedback :D:D:D:D. I wasn't hugely pleased with the 'reception' shots, mainly because it was a crammed venue and 'odd' for just about every direction to shoot in, so didn't get a that many good ones after the actualy ceremony (which I think always looks nicer in photos because everyone is acting 'proper'!). I adored the best (young!) man...he was just soooooo beautiful...thus why I tried to cut down on how may edited shots I added of him, even though I took tons...I think they are so sweet :D!
