Because my new iMac (and FoC Pixma printer) arrived from Apple at 0830hrs this morning ... :woot: ... :banana: ... :woot:


And Boo Hoo ...


Because I am off on holiday early Friday and don't have time to un-box it, set it up and play with it before I go ... :shake: ... :( ... :thumbsdown:



Never mind something good and exciting to look forward to after a long trip home from bonnie Scotland in two weeks time ... :D

Hmm, I'd at least check it was working before you go by the time you get back you've lost some rights if there's a fault - past the 7 days under the distance selling regs and you might have a job arguing a DOA too.

:woot::woot: i dont know how you could have that sitting there for the next 3 and a bit days without setting it up. i would be too excited, shouldnt take long to get it all up and running as leopard will be pre installed, and its really a case of plug it in and away you go. might be an idea to set it up as said above, just to check everything is working and no faults. either way im sure you will thougroughly enjoy it, and have fun on your trip up here.

Well ... it's like this ... I am off to Leicester shortly and will not be back until lunch-time tomorrow and then ... :gag: ... my parents are coming to house sit and apart from packing do you really want to do the list of stuff Jill has tasked me with on an 'or else' promise while I 'play' with a new toy or two ... :suspect: ... you don't know her as well as I do :eek:
