Went out the front door this lunchtime and this beast was just aproaching my house
Managed to run insie, grab the cam and fire off a shot.... then adjust the manual settings and shoot another before it landed in the school field opposite our house :D

A girl in the school who has a titanium rod fitted to her back (same as my sister.. a very intense and dreadful operation) had fell over and couldnt move.
They had 2 ambulances there but had to call in the helicopter to fly her smoothly and safely to the hospital.

Not bad at all. Though a little over exposed. The whites on the 'copter have been washed out along with the cloud on the background (on this monitor anyway).

Technical note would be to suggest a slower shutter speed. For 'copters a shutter speed of around 1/125 second provides a nice rotor blur at the front and back. Though you will need a steady hand at long focal lengths.

Nice angle too.
