Lovely photos! My favourites are #4 and #6, great colour on both and I love the sky on #6.

Great pics... I especially like #2, #4 and #6. #4 is a great example of breaking the rule about not using wide-angle lenses for portraits :nuts:

I'd improve #1 by getting the crystal ball image pin-sharp (don't know if this was possible due to distortion etc.), and #3 by Photoshopping out the bit of the man's shoulder showing behind the left ear.

Ano, totally agree with your observations. I love the orb shot but sadly it was taken last year when I still had the kit lens and was learning the basics. I will try to reproduce it with my L glass sometime soon but not got around to it yet. The "man" in the pic is me :D but I agree I could have cloned out that bit of me. Its does lookk a little out of place when you look at it.
